Popular Nigerian entrepreneur Obi Cubana has stated that one of the major reasons Africans, especially Nigerians, struggle to grow in business is the lack of collaboration and willingness to share opportunities.
According to him, many people prefer to hoard knowledge, contacts, and resources rather than support others or build collective success.
