NLC Suspends Nationwide Protest Against NCC’s 50% Tariff Hike
The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has suspended its planned nationwide protest against the Nigerian Communications Commission’s (NCC) recent decision to impose a 50% tariff hike on telecommunication services.
The NLC had initially planned the protests to oppose the increase, which it argued would place an additional burden on Nigerians already grappling with economic challenges.
