Nigeria’s Tax Collection Falls Short by 70%, Says Taiwo Oyedele
Taiwo Oyedele, speaking on the new tax reform system, revealed that Nigeria is currently collecting just 30% of its potential tax revenue.
“Our tax gap the difference between what we collect and what we should be collecting is about 70%,” Oyedele explained.
“Our goal is to significantly reduce this gap.”
