NELFund Disburses N54 Billion in Student Support Across 303 Institutions
According to Managing Director Akintunde Sawyerr, the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFund) has disbursed a total of N54 billion in educational support. Of this amount, N30 billion was allocated to cover institutional charges, while N24 billion was paid directly into the bank accounts of students.
The initiative has so far reached 293,000 students across 303 higher institutions nationwide.
