National Assembly Clerk Advocates for Technology Integration in Lawmaking Process

Kamoru Ogunlana, the Clerk of the National Assembly, has stressed the need for Nigeria’s parliament to fully integrate technology into the lawmaking process.

Speaking at a retreat on Friday, organized in collaboration with the Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre (PLAC) and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), Ogunlana highlighted that adopting technology would not only enhance legislative efficiency but also reduce paper usage, contributing to a more sustainable, green environment.
