Mo Salah Equals Agüero’s Premier League Goal Record

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has matched Sergio Agüero’s Premier League goal tally, reaching 184 goals after his latest strike.

Speaking about the achievement, Salah admitted he was aware of the record but didn’t focus on it during the game. 

"I knew about the record, but I didn’t think about it while I was playing. It’s a good record to be equalising!" he said.

The Egyptian forward also praised Agüero, calling him a legend of the league. "Sergio is a great player, he was a legend here for the league. So I’m happy about that."

With Salah still in top form, it’s only a matter of time before he surpasses Agüero and climbs even higher in the all-time Premier League goal rankings.
