A large scale scholarship scam targeting Nigerian students has been uncovered in Australia, where victims were lured with promises of educational opportunities but ended up being exploited as cheap farm labor.

Reports reveal that the students were deceived into traveling to Australia under the guise of fully funded scholarships. 

Upon arrival, they were instead forced to work on farmlands to repay supposed debts tied to their travel and school arrangements.
