Man Hides Overnight in FCMB Bank Ceiling, Attempts to Hack Systems
A surprising incident unfolded at the FCMB branch located in Secretariat yesterday, when a customer reportedly entered the bank, went straight to the restroom, and secretly climbed into the ceiling.
According to staff accounts, the individual waited until all employees had left for the day before descending to the banking hall, where he allegedly attempted to tamper with the bank’s systems and even locked himself inside the building.
The following morning, bank officials noticed the door was locked from the inside, raising immediate suspicion.
After forcing the door open, they discovered the man still hiding in the ceiling.
As soon as they powered up their systems, unusual prompts appeared, showing messages like “restarting, click OK to accept.”
The incident has sparked serious concerns about internal security, and further investigations are currently underway
