Uruguayan striker Luis Suárez has dismissed any speculation about stepping away from football, emphasizing that retirement is not currently on his radar. 

In a recent conversation with Ovación, Suárez made it clear that he and Lionel Messi still have ambitions on the field.

 He revealed that Messi is particularly motivated by the idea of representing Argentina at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. 

“We’re not thinking about retiring any time soon,” Suárez stated, indicating that both legends are focused on extending their illustrious careers.
