Nigeria has achieved a remarkable milestone by winning the African Footballer of the Year award for the second consecutive year, with Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman claiming the honors in 2023 and 2024.
This achievement marks the third time in history that Nigerian players have secured the award back-to-back.
