Koni De Winter has given the green light to AC Milan’s project, reaching an agreement on personal terms with the club.
Talks are ongoing between Milan and Genoa, with the Serie A side valuing the defender at around €25 million in a total package.
Genoa are open to working out a deal, as De Winter is keen on making the move to the Rossoneri.
