Kenneth Okonkwo Criticizes Opposition Strategy

Actor and politician Kenneth Okonkwo has drawn attention to what he describes as the strategic missteps of Nigeria’s political opposition in the 2019 elections.

 According to him, the opposition attempted to unseat a northern incumbent by pairing Atiku Abubakar with Peter Obi but failed in their bid. 

He contrasted this with Bola Tinubu’s approach in 2015, where Tinubu, a southerner, aligned with a northern candidate to successfully oust then President Goodluck Jonathan.
