Jan Oliveras Move to Al Sadd Collapses at Final Stage Amid Interest from Other Clubs

Spanish fullback Jan Oliveras was close to sealing a move from AS Roma to Qatari side Al Sadd, but the deal unexpectedly fell through during the final stages of negotiations between both clubs.

Oliveras, who recently returned from a loan spell at Dinamo Zagreb, is still likely to exit Roma this summer. 

Two other clubs are now reportedly in contact as they explore potential deals for the 24 year old defender.
