Gombe Secures N60bn from FG for Agro-Livestock 

The Gombe State Government has secured N60 billion in funding from the Federal Government to aid in developing its 184-hectare Agro-Livestock Industrial Zone.

Gombe State Governor Inuwa Yahaya made the disclosure during the groundbreaking ceremony for the project on Saturday in Gombe.

He explained that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration had pledged N120 billion toward the industrial zone, with a portion of the funding already disbursed.

“The Gombe Ultramodern Abattoir is poised to be a game-changer for the state’s meat processing industry, extending its reach across the entire Northern region of the country,” Governor Yahaya said.
