EU Envoy: Nigeria Posts $10bn Trade Surplus With European Union in 2025
Nigeria recorded an estimated $10 billion trade surplus with the European Union in 2025, buoyed largely by a spike in agricultural exports that significantly outweighed imports.
EU Ambassador to Nigeria and ECOWAS, Gautier Mignot, disclosed the figures during the bloc’s end-of-year briefing in Abuja.
