Erik and Lyle Menendez’s Parole Hearing Delayed Until Late August
The parole hearing for Erik and Lyle Menendez, originally set for June 13, has been postponed by over two months and is now scheduled for August 21 and 22.
This delay pushes back any chance of their release by at least nine weeks, after serving 35 years for the murder of their parents.
Last week in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Judge Michael Jesic reduced their sentences from life without parole to 50 years to life.
