Elon Musk Questions $50M Condom Shipment After Fact-Check on Gaza Claim

Elon Musk recently sparked controversy with a claim on X (formerly Twitter) that a $50 million shipment of condoms was sent to Gaza. 

However, fact-checkers later clarified that the shipment was actually intended for Mozambique, not Gaza.

During a follow-up question from a reporter asking if he would correct his statement, Musk responded with skepticism about the scale of the aid, saying, 

"I'm not sure we should be sending $50M of condoms anywhere. That's really an enormously large amount of condoms."
