EFCC Nabs Gavice Logistics Boss, Ahamba Tochukwu, Over Alleged ₦2bn Ponzi Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested Ahamba Tochukwu, Chief Executive Officer of Gavice Logistics, in connection with an alleged ₦2 billion Ponzi scheme. 

According to the commission, Tochukwu is accused of defrauding numerous investors through fraudulent investment operations.

 Investigations into the case are ongoing as the EFCC works to recover funds and bring justice to victims
