Deco says Barcelona's Priority is Retaining Key Players, Not Losing Talent

Barcelona’s sporting director, Deco, has reiterated the importance of maintaining the squad they’ve built. 

Speaking to ESPN, Deco stated, “Last year I said we couldn’t afford to lose anyone, and I believe that still holds true.”

He emphasized that while any improvements to the team would be welcomed, the focus remains on retaining their current roster for long-term success: “The key is keeping what we’ve built for the future,” he added.
