Daniel Ademinokan Refutes Stella Damasus Divorce Claim, Says She Knew All Along

Filmmaker Daniel Ademinokan has publicly responded to Stella Damasus claim that she learned about their divorce through YouTube. 

The former couple, who married in 2014 and quietly ended their marriage in 2020, had largely kept details of their separation out of the public eye until now.

In a resurfaced interview with Teju Babyface, Damasus stated that she only found out about the end of her marriage through online videos. "I pride myself on being a respectable person. A lot was said about me on YouTube. That’s how I discovered my marriage had ended," she said.

Ademinokan has now countered her story via Instagram, sharing what appears to be an email from Damasus where she allegedly initiated the divorce process. Known for staying away from public controversies, Ademinokan explained that he chose to speak up after years of silence to clarify the situation.
