Court Sentences Two Individuals to Prison for Illegal Naira Notes Hawking in Lagos
A Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, has convicted and sentenced two individuals, Folake Adeoti and Modupe Adewuyi, to one year in prison each for hawking Naira notes.
The duo, who were arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on separate one-count charges, faced accusations of engaging in the illegal sale of Naira notes.
