Concerns Rise Over OCHA Brigade's Actions in Anambra State

Residents of Anambra State are raising concerns over the activities of the OCHA Brigade, a task force operating under Governor Charles Soludo’s administration. 

A recent incident at Zik Avenue has sparked outrage after reports surfaced that brigade members allegedly destroyed a shop, confiscated goods, and demanded ₦100,000 from the owner all because the shop's surrounding gutter was unclean.

Eyewitnesses claim the task force, accompanied by security personnel, acted with impunity, leading many to question whether they were acting on direct government orders. 

Critics fear that such actions may do more harm than good, especially for small business owners struggling to make a living in the state.
