Benue Governor Explains Why Peter Obi Was Barred
Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State has revealed that Labour Party leader Peter Obi was restricted from entering the state due to protocol violations.
Speaking during an interview on TVC on Thursday, April 24, the governor explained that Obi did not seek the necessary clearance for his visit, which led to the decision.
Governor Alia had earlier stated that he could not guarantee the safety of anyone visiting Benue without proper notification or approval.
