Benin, Togo Yet to Pay Nigeria Over $11 Million for Power Supplied in Early 2025
Nigeria is currently owed more than $11 million by neighboring countries Benin and Togo for electricity provided in the first quarter of 2025.
This was revealed in a recent report by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), raising fresh concerns over payment delays from Nigeria’s regional power customers.
