APC Constitution Review Committee Aims to Strengthen Party for 2027 Elections

Governor Mai Mala Buni, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Constitution Review Committee, has expressed confidence that the committee's recommendations will bolster the party's prospects in the upcoming 2027 general elections. 

The seven-member committee was established by the APC's National Executive Committee (NEC) during its 13th meeting at the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja last Wednesday. 

In addition to Buni, the committee includes notable members such as Senator Opeyemi Bamidele representing the South West, Barrister Alphonsus Ogar Eba from the South South, Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari for the North West, Professor Babagana Umar Zulum from the North East, and Governor Abdullahi Sule representing the North Central, along with a representative from the South East
