Abuja Court Orders Wike to Respond in Tonye Cole’s ₦40bn Defamation Case
An Abuja high court has directed Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, to appear in a ₦40 billion defamation lawsuit filed against him by Tonye Cole.
Channels Television’s parent company, Channels Incorporated Limited, is also named as a co defendant in the case.
