₦43 Billion Approved for Completion of Lagos–Ibadan Expressway
The Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved over ₦43 billion for the completion of Phase II, Section II of the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, one of Nigeria’s busiest highways.
According to government sources, the funds will cover outstanding works, including road expansion, drainage construction, and safety installations, to ensure smooth traffic flow and enhance safety for commuters.
