Woman Dies After Power Outage and Generator Failure

A woman has tragically passed away following a series of technical failures during surgery at the Jummai Babangida Aliyu General Hospital in Minna, Niger State. 

Her husband, UB Shehu, shared the devastating story on Facebook, recounting how power issues and generator malfunctions disrupted the operation.

Shehu explained that just 35 minutes into the surgery, the Abuja Electricity Company (AEDC), commonly known as NEPA, cut off power supply. To make matters worse, there was no fuel in the generator that was supposed to provide backup power.
