Speaking at a recent economic forum, Edun noted that the era of focusing bank lending primarily on large corporations must give way to a more diversified and equitable financing structure that empowers startups and youth led enterprises.

He stressed that Nigeria’s economic future depends on unlocking the potential of its entrepreneurial and creative youth population, adding that financial institutions must play a central role in supporting innovation, job creation, and sustainable development across sectors.
