Trump Vows to 'Stop Transgender Lunacy' on First Day of Presidency
President-elect Donald Trump has pledged to take immediate action against transgender policies on the first day of his presidency.
Speaking at the AmericaFest conference for young conservatives in Phoenix, Arizona, on December 22, Trump declared his intention to "stop the transgender lunacy," as the Republican Party prepares to control both chambers of Congress and the White House.
He stated, "There will only be male and female in America," promising to sign executive orders aimed at ending what he described as "child sexual mutilation," removing transgender individuals from the military, and prohibiting transgender discussions in elementary, middle, and high schools. Additionally, Trump emphasized his commitment to keeping men out of women's sports, asserting that it will become official U.S. government policy to recognize only two genders: male and female
