U.S. President Donald Trump arrived at a meeting room hosting Middle Eastern leaders during the UN General Assembly, where he first approached and shook hands with Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi.
Trump then joined the wider meeting focused on regional security discussions involving leaders from across the Middle East.
