Tragic Incident Claims Lives of Two Siblings in Takoradi

Two siblings, aged 12 and 8, have tragically lost their lives after being accidentally locked inside a water drum by their 6-year-old sister while playing in Takoradi, Ghana.

 The heartbreaking incident unfolded on January 9, 2025.

According to reports, Paulina Azari contacted the police at 6:45 PM after receiving a distress call from her mother earlier that afternoon around 3 PM.

 Her mother informed her that the two children had been found unconscious in a water-filled drum located in their kitchen.

Emergency responders rushed the siblings to the Takoradi Government Hospital for treatment, but they were pronounced dead shortly after their arrival.
