According to legal filings obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Taylor claims that the unauthorized leak has led to a surge of online backlash against her, with misleading reports circulating about their divorce settlement. She insists that there was no formal "settlement"—both parties only received assets awarded by the court.

Among the assets in question, Taylor alleges that she had to purchase a Maybach after Shumpert crashed and abandoned her Rolls Royce without replacing it. She was awarded four properties, while Shumpert received three, including a Miami condo he had initially gifted to her.
