Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ragi flour
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste

Method
1. *Cook the Ragi*: In a saucepan, cook the ragi flour in 1 cup of water for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
2. *Cool*: Once cooked, remove from heat and allow it to cool.
3. *Mix Ingredients*: In a bowl, combine the cooled ragi mixture with buttermilk, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
4. *Serve*: Chill in the refrigerator and serve cold.
