Preparations by family and friends as Hilda Baci Guinness World  Record with Giant Jollof Rice Cookout in Lagos draws closer

 The record breaking attempt is slated for Friday, September 12, 2025, at Muri Okunola Park, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The event, organized in partnership with food brand Gino, will feature an enormous cooking pot measuring 6 metres by 6 metres, with an expected capacity of over 22,600 litres. 

If successful, this will place Nigerian jollof rice on the global stage in spectacular fashion.
