Pointing a Stun Gun at Someone is a Criminal Offence – Lagos CP Reacts to Pastor Adefarasin Incident

Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Olohundare Jimoh, has emphasized that threatening someone with a stun gun is a criminal act under Nigerian law. 

His statement follows public concern over an incident involving Pastor Paul Adefarasin.

Speaking on the matter, CP Jimoh stated, “By pointing out a stun gun to another individual and sending that threat and fear to such a person at that particular time constitutes an offence.”

Although he didn’t confirm whether Pastor Adefarasin was directly under investigation.
