Peter Odili's Kinsmen Offer Public Apology to Wike Amidst Ongoing Feud

Peter Odili's kinsmen have publicly apologized to Governor Nyesom Wike, urging forgiveness for Odili's recent comments that sparked a heated exchange between the two political figures. 

The conflict arose when Odili, speaking at a Christmas ballad held in honor of Governor Sim Fubara, remarked that Fubara demonstrated "unusual fortitude" in confronting Wike's attempts to dominate Rivers State through "ferocious, but unnecessary political war."

Wike responded sharply, criticizing Odili for his remarks. He claimed to have revived Odili's political relevance after a period of obscurity, stating, "As an elder statesman, Odili should not be a trader and sycophant all the time
