Peter Obi Praises NYSC Member Raye, Urges Nigerians to Speak Out

Former presidential candidate Peter Obi has applauded Ushie Rita Uguamaye, also known as Raye, for courageously speaking out about national issues despite facing alleged threats from NYSC officials.

Obi expressed concerns over the growing trend of intimidation against outspoken Nigerians, stating that democracy thrives on free speech and constructive criticism.

He revealed that he too has been a victim of daily harassment and threats for offering solution-based comments on government policies.

"A government that silences its citizens is not democratic," Obi stated, urging Nigerians to continue speaking out against injustice and poor governance.
