PENGASSAN Secures Massive Pay Raises for Oil and Gas Workers Amid Soaring Inflation

The Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) has achieved significant wage increases for its members, with some companies in the oil and gas sector approving salary hikes of up to 300%.

PENGASSAN President, Comrade Festus Osifo, made this known during the 2025 edition of the PENGASSAN Women Annual Convention held in Abuja. 

He noted that the union has been in continuous talks with employers due to the harsh economic climate caused by inflation.
