Ondo Governor Aiyedatiwa Submits 12 Commissioner Nominees for Assembly Approval

The Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has forwarded a list of 12 nominees to the state’s House of Assembly for confirmation as members of his Executive Council.

In a letter addressed to the Speaker of the Assembly, Rt. Hon. Olamide Oladiji, Governor Aiyedatiwa explained that the submission was made in conformity with Section 192 (1 & 2) of the 1999 Nigerian Constitution (as amended).

He called on lawmakers to give their prompt consideration and endorsement of the nominees in the best interest of the state.

The nominees presented by Governor Aiyedatiwa are Professor Igbekele Ajibefun, Engineer Aycrinde Abiola Olawoye, Hon. Ayodele Akande, Engineer Alabi Johnson, Alhaji Amidu Takuro, Otunba Adewale Akinlosotu, Mr. Idowu Ajanaku, Dr. Oluwaseun Abosede Osamaye, Dr. Tob Loko, Mr. Olaolu Akindolire, Hon. Sunday Olajide, and Mr. Omoyofunmi Segun Henry.
