Nigeria Customs Service Targets N6.58 Trillion Revenue for 2025

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) aims to generate N6.58 trillion in revenue for 2025, following a successful collection of N6.11 trillion in 2024.

 This figure not only surpassed the agency's revenue target of N5.08 trillion for 2024 by N1.03 trillion but also marked a significant 20.2% increase over the target.

The National Assembly has raised the revenue projections for the NCS in the 2025 appropriation bill from an initial N6.5 trillion to a target of N12 trillion. This adjustment reflects the confidence in the agency's capabilities following its remarkable performance last year
