The Lagos State University (LASU) has officially dismissed the widely feared Dean, Abanikanda, following a series of complaints from both students and staff about his alleged inhumane and harsh leadership style.

Reports suggest that over time, numerous petitions had been submitted against Abanikanda, accusing him of fostering a toxic environment and engaging in practices that undermined the welfare of students and staff. 

After a thorough internal review, the university's management decided to terminate his appointment to restore a more supportive and respectful atmosphere on campus
