Lagos State Reintroduces Planning Permit Amnesty Programme for Property Owners

The Lagos State Government has confirmed the reintroduction of the Planning Permit Amnesty Programme, following requests from property owners who missed out on previous opportunities.

The announcement was made by Dr. Oluyinka Olumide, Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, during a recent briefing in Alausa, Lagos. The programme aims to assist property owners in regularizing their building plans and permits, promoting compliance and urban development across the state
