Kogi Governor Orders Early End to Social, Religious, and Community Activities
Kogi State Governor Alhaji Ahmed Ododo has issued a directive requiring that all social, religious, and community events in the state conclude by 4:00 PM daily, effective immediately and until further notice.
The governor did not provide a specific reason in the initial announcement, but residents and organizers have been instructed to comply with the new schedule to avoid sanctions
