Kendrick Lamar has surpassed longtime rival Drake on Forbes 2025 Highest Paid Artists ranking, cementing a major financial milestone in his career.

Lamar placed fourth overall with earnings of $109 million, driven by music sales, touring, and brand ventures. 

He trails The Weeknd who topped the list with $298 million, followed by Taylor Swift at $202 million and Beyoncé with $149 million.
Behind Lamar are Coldplay and Shakira, both earning $105 million. Drake sits seventh with $78 million, marking a notable gap between the two artists this year.
