Kano Governor Demands Public Parade of Killers of 16 Hunters, Compensation for Victims' Families

Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf, has called for the public display of the individuals responsible for the brutal killing of 16 hunters and compensation for the victims' families.

 The demand was made during a condolence visit by Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State on Monday, March 31, 2025.

This visit came just days after the hunters' remains were buried in Uromi, Edo State, following their tragic deaths at the hands of a mob. The 16 hunters were accused of being kidnappers and were burnt alive last Thursday after being intercepted by a local vigilante group
