Governor Fintiri Pledges Stronger Security Efforts During GOC’s Courtesy Visit
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has restated his administration’s dedication to enhancing security across Adamawa State, urging residents to actively assist security agencies by sharing vital information that can help prevent crime.
The governor made this declaration while hosting Major General Eyitayo Oyinlola, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) 3 Division, Jos, during a courtesy visit to the Government House in Yola.
Governor Fintiri emphasized the positive partnership between Adamawa State and the Nigerian Army, describing their collaborative efforts as critical in reducing criminal activities, especially considering the state’s proximity to areas affected by Boko Haram insurgency.
