Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, has stated that his administration’s ambition goes far beyond competing with Lagos, emphasizing that his true benchmark is with global economic giants like China and Dubai.

In a bold statement responding to the Lagos State Government over the alleged demolition of Igbo owned shops, Otti said his focus is on turning Aba into a modern industrial powerhouse.

“I have no business with Lagos; I’m not competing with Lagos. My competition is with China and Dubai. By the time I’m done with Aba, Lagos will look like a village,” he said
