Google Invests $8.5 Million in African Universities
Tech giant Google has announced a funding package of $8.5 million to support African universities in advancing research and innovation.
As part of the initiative, college students across Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, and Zimbabwe will also receive a free one year subscription to the Google AI Pro plan, aimed at boosting digital skills and AI literacy on the continent.
