Ghana's General Elections: Dumelo Triumphs in Constituency Race
On Saturday, Ghana held its general elections to elect a new president and members of parliament.
Notably, actor and politician John Dumelo, representing the National Democratic Congress (NDC), secured victory in his constituency, garnering 40,561 votes.
Dumelo's win comes as he defeated his opponent Lydia Alhassan of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), who received 27,377 votes.
